Hello everyone, this is just to clear up some questions that I’ve been getting lately!

Who are you?

I’m currently a sophomore in college studying International Politics, Religion, and Chinese.

Where have you traveled?

I’m from Connecticut, so I’ve obviously been there, and I’ve traveled to 24 of the states.  I’ve been to England, Ireland, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Canada (Ontario and Quebec), Mexico, Grand Cayman, The Bahamas, and Bermuda. I also recently traveled to China (Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai). It was fantastic. 

I’ll be living in Dalian, China for my entire junior year of college, studying at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. 

Can you follow me?

I can’t follow anyone via this blog, because West East South North (along with my other tumblrs) is linked with my personal tumblr. But, if you like, I can look at your tumblr, and if I enjoy what I see, than I can follow you.  I’m not someone who follows just for the sake of following.

Do you take submissions?

I do!

Where do you get your pictures from?

99% of them come from Flickr. If I can’t find something that I want on Flickr, than I go to Google Images - I’ll find a picture there, save it to my computer, edit it, and then upload it to the site. If you click the picture, than it goes to the original source of the picture (this is true for newer photos, I didn’t do this for a lot of the older ones -but, for these, the source is still always the original source, not my blog).

Can you promote me?

If I look at your blog and find that it really is a good one, than I don’t mind promoting people.  Promotion was how I got a lot of followers to start out, and if it wasn’t for my promotion than I doubt I would have even half of what I do now, so I don’t mind helping other people out. 

That being said, I will not do “promo games” or “promo for promo,” etc. Those types of things are my biggest tumblr pet peeves.

What is your favorite place to post?

I love posting pictures of Switzerland (the most beautiful place I’ve ever been), China, Japan, Thailand and Italy.

Where do you want to travel the most?

My top desired travel destination is Egypt, but other ones that are high up on the list are India, Russia, Nepal, Japan, Scotland, Austria, Italy and Thailand. I would love to go to every single country on the planet, but those are the ones on the top of my list.
